" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"> HERE. I have stitch markers, a row counter, and lifelines. I was having a hard time keeping the number of stitches straight, but I was determined not to give up! I have completed the first 20 rows and one pattern of rows 11-20, and I've finally gotten into the rhythm of the pattern. Yay!

Congratulations. It's beautiful!
Keep up the good work,it's a very pretty shawl.
That is very pretty. Just keep at it!
I just finished this shawl. I had to start it 3 times but finallu got the pattern down. It worked up really fast but I didn't use Homespun but a fuzzy worsted weight. It looked like the back was going to be freakishly long compared to the width but after finishing it stretched out fine. I did put a 5 row seed stitch border at the top to keep it from stretching too much. I think it's very pretty. good luck with yours!

Thanks for the tip. I am using Lion Homespun which I know stretches a lot. The pattern says to crochet a border but I don't know how to crochet so I am going to ask some of the ladies who I volunteer with who do crochet to help me once I'm finished.
I am tinking a lot; I'll get to the end of a row and won't have the right number of stitches. Sometimes it drives me nuts. But I'm determined to finish it!
That is so pretty. Good for you to get your Mojo going on this one. It will be worth it.
