Anyone use a prym sock loom? What are your thoughts on it?

I am looking to buy one. Anyone know where I can get one? Those on eBay are expensive with the shipping. any leads most appreciated. Thank you.

Check at you local yarn store. I had a wooden sock loom and gave mine away as I knit socks with 2 circular needles.

It takes me way longer to make a sock with a loom than it does to knit them.
Prym sock looms are an English brand.
In the USA something similar would be the sock loom knitting boards available on Amazon.com or the Knifty Knitter available at Michael's, JoAnns, etc
You can find instructions on how to make one http://www.instructables.com/id/Hand-Make-Sock-Knitting-Loom/

Thank you, Ladies for your thoughts.
I am interested in the Prym because it intrigues me with the larger opening rather than a peg. Could be more aggravating? Not sure.

I liked the instructions on making one from a wooden letter...very clever. I just might try that.

Have a great weekend!
