I found 7 hanks at a little resale shop today, for .75 cents each. Never heard of this yarn before. Lable says 100 % Laine wool,166M. 182 yards, 31/2oz. Dose not say the weight use needles US 8, 18/22 4x4. I was woundering if I could dye this yarn with Koolaide.

I love the pingouin patterns, I think are not available (new ones) anymore; but the published are very clearly explained and are very nice and beautiful.
I mean the magazines, not the books.

Not sure what I'm going to knit yet, I have some time to think about it.

Your wonderful find is pure wool so there is no reason why you can't Kool Aid dye it.

Because this yarn is 100% wool, you should be able to dye it with KoolAid with no problem. KoolAid dyeing is a lot of fun.

P.S. (You got a real bargain on this yarn!)
