There is a little line that seems to be overlooked in the pattern that we have (or many of us ) over looked... Personally I think it needs to be re-written.. but you need to turn that first corner "Twice" The pattern doesn't say to... what the patter says is that when you come to the next corner you only turn it once.. WHAT?????? see what I mean... it should of been up there clear as day with the first corner.. not for us to muddle through and fight with. My first attempt looked like a foot ball...

It looks like that is what I did too ...I didnt do that extra bit on the corner. Thankyou for your advice, I am now on my way with correct looking work. Must admit it was very frustrating unpicking so many many times and still not getting it right.

You are welcome. I don't remember names here mostley because we can have very simular ones but there was a lady here and we were both trying to figure it out :) together with help from others we realized what we had done wrong or in the case ommited. :) so I'm happy to share that bit of information... its a very cool blanket that will eat up little bits of yarn you have and really clean up the stash bin.. have fun.. its good tv watching knitting..

Thanks for the "heads up" guys! One more thing on my to-do list but I will make sure to add this bit of info before I start and get frustrated. Thanks again and Happy Needling. jberg

I just fnished one for charity, but forgot to take a picture. Once you get the hang of it, it's mindless. I used two threads of worsted weight together, and #13 needles. Went pretty fast and used up lots of small stash. Have fun with it.
