free pattern, looks like crocodile stitch

good morning,
I was emailed this link by a friend for a free tea cozy pattern. I think it looks like crocodile stitch pattern, though the author calls it 'scallop' tea cozy. She gives Australian/English and American instructions which I find really helpful. I don't have the patience for most video tutorials and like to see directions written down. The author does state:

but I think its okay to share the link with my friends here on KP so we can all enjoy learning a new stitch.

That is so totally cute! If I didn't make my tea using my Keurig, I would be tempted to make one of those for myself.
