I haven't done much knitting the past month due to moving house, been ill and working and still trying to cope with the loss of my Mum.I am now 10 days post-op and decided to get my backside into gear and do some knitting again.I've got quite a few things to knit by October! ;)

That is the prettiest cardigan I've seen in a long time. Lucky mum and baby.
So sorry about your mum and hope you're on the mend. Knitting is quite comforting I find.

Thank You :) The pattern is design 9 from a Peter Pan book Pretty White Book 289 and is done in 4 ply. There are only 2,3 and 4 ply patterns in this book but so worth while as they are all very pretty and details like bows and ribbons can be added to them for that special little touch ;)

Sweet - I liked the little beaded bows especially. You have been through a lot recently; hopefully knitting and KP friends will help.

Lovely! Perfect yarn/pattern combo and finished so nicely with the bows. My Mom is the one who taught me to knit so since I lost her I often think of her while knitting. I hope you continue to heal and that your memories of your Mom soon bring smiles more than tears.

I'm so sorry for the loss of your mom and I hope you feel better real soon. I love the sweater you made. Those lavender bows and buttons really look nice against the white. You did a great job.
