I know it doesn't sound difficult in English but to say it in Polish requires a lot of practice!
'koloru koralowego' is part of a tongue twister alternating 'l' and 'r', where a king called Karol gave a queen called Karolina a string of beads in this colour
for those of you who are adventorous enough to try:
Krol Karol kupil krolowej Karolinie korale koloru koralowego.
(no Polish letters as the site doesn't accept them :)
And this is a story that goes with my Mehmendira shawl in coral
The yarn is local product, dyed here in Poland, and it comes in a range of really magnificent colours :) and coral is one of them :)
Lovely! And my tongue is now tied in knots....
I love coral. One of my favourite colours. Your shawl is lovely.
That's a beauty! Love the color.
When I visited Poland a couple of years ago I was so happy to find people who spoke English. Try as I might it was difficult to twist my tongue around some of the pronunciations. I suspect it's just as difficult for someone trying to speak English though.
