I just posted pictures of the Baby Hat and Blanket that I did on my New to me Passap in the picture folder. I am so happy with how they turned out. The Pattern is free from Knittsings. I love how the machine knits. I have several machines that all do wonderful things but I think this one is a keeper.

Yes, the CSM (Circular sock machine) is a beauty. She will even knit a soft yarn the size of Lions Fisherman very rare for these machines.
The pattern is setup to knit 4 rows then tuck 4 rows.

Hi Madsweb! Is your CSM a Legare? Did you have it altered to knit the heavier stuff or did you just try and succeed? Love the hat and blankie!!

Yes, I have 2 Legare 400s. The one that can knit and rib (2x1) Lion's Fisherman was altered. The other one was not but can easily knit Red Heart Simmer without a hitch on the 54 (I made over 60 Santa Buddies on it for Christmas). The unaltered one is the one I knit my regular acrylic yarn on. I like how the altered one does for regular sock yarn so I knit all my regular socks on it with a 72/36 set. It ribs and ribs and ribs and knock on wood doesn't drop a stitch unless I do something stupid. I also have an Auto Knitter that is a dream to knit on. She was my first...

The hat is on Knittsings.com website. She did it on a Passap knitting machine. I simply used the 4 regular 4 tuck stitch pattern from the hat to make the blanket.

Thanks for the information, I have been to the website and can see where you got the stitch pattern from, but would like to know how you made the blanket and what edging you used. I have a Passap (Duo 80) but haven't had much experience on it, although I have had Brother knitting machines for some years. Could you please tell me how you made the blanket, I would love to make it.

Oh Julie
Wait until you see some of my new designs. I love my Santa Buddy and he will always be the top, but there is more to come.
