Thank you for sharing the pattern information. :)
Thank you for the pattern information. I downloaded it.
Marcelley - I am glad you were able to get the book. Another problem solved on KP! :)
Welcome to KP. What a variety of toilet roll covers others have posted in response!
Something is wrong with the URL. The web page which appeared is for a Way Back Machine website which has old web pages sort of "frozen in time" or archived so they are preserved.
My sympathy is with you in the loss of your dear friend & family member.
Yes, some projects are just yucky. Sometimes, it is the actual yarn, the pattern, or the errors I repeatedly make.
Hello. I use different methods for different patterns. In a poncho with about a 22 row repeat in the pattern and 7 different stitch pattern zones as one moves across the row, I created a chart. I put a dot after I have finished each stitch pattern. I only stop at the end of the row. Then I use a click stitch counter, too.
For a scarf I am knitting, I put a Post-it under the line of text for the row I am on so I do not look at other rows. The Post-it also has been numbered and I check off a row that is finished. I only click the counter after I finished a row. This way, I can tell what row I am on & I do not need to wonder if I remembered to click or mark. I also am okay if the Post-it comes loose from the page because I have the other things to help me (check mark and click row counter).
Wow! My favorite photo is of the chopper. It is supposed to be avocado green instead of orange. We had an avocado green one.
I also liked the Walt Disney photo and the loom photo. If that photo of Walt Disney had been taken today, we'd think he was looking down at a Smart Phone. :) Thanks for sharing.
