Thank you to all who gave me information, it is greatly appreciated and is helping me make some hats for my sister during this difficult time. Love you all😍😘
We are retired and have medicare a and b plus a advantage plan pop our co-pays for dr.s are 0 specialist 25.00 prescriptions are in the most case reasonable. Medicare for all would help a lot of people and maybe they would use regular doctors or emergency care facilities with small co-pays instead of the emergency room.
I am looking for a chem hat pattern using light yarn for a special sister living in Florida. I have found patterns using worsted weight yarn but
nothing lighter, like baby yarn. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Marly Bird has you doing both socks together in steps. First the cuffs, then the top part to before the heel, etc. she use a light worsted weight for the socks. I then used the same instructions and the men’s pattern cast in in sock weight yarn.
Red Heart Marly Bird has a step by step video on making socks, she used 5 double pointed needles, the second pair I made I used circulars, the video was easy because it was step by step. Check it out on Red Heart pattern is also on Ravelry.
Thank you John for the crochet hook info
Love the large granny square. I have a question on the unique crochet hook I see in the picture. What is it called and where can you purchase them?
In February my husband has alcohol ablation of the heart. I was surprised with his recovery. He was in the hospital 2days. Limited to what he could do for a week. In 1month his recovery was amazing. Try to stay calm. The Doctors do amazing things. Good luck. Let us know how you make out.
Are you looking for a men’s sock pattern?
I have a friend who named her daughter Skylore. I don’t know where the name came from.
Get red mills gluten free cup for cup. You use it instead of regular flour in any recipe. You can sweet with any sugar free sugar substitute but be careful as they can be really sweet.
Red mill has a cup for cup flour that you can use in any regular recipe for the same amount of flour. I am on vacation otherwise I could send you recipes. The cup for cup flour works well in all recipes. My daughter and granddaughter are both gluten free.
Came from upstate NY on Tuesday. Brought socks, simple shawl, and yarn to make a bunny. It is always hard to pick things to bring, today in Greensboro it is gaining to be in the high 70’s. After a long northern winter I want to be outside and enjoy the sun.
Don’t leave it out. The cat could mark his place by peeing on it.
