I recognize the yarn. Lion brand sock yarn. I am working on a pair for me in the same color. I'm knitting by hand. Sometimes make them with machine. I like this color. Good job!

Oh man! I finally understand. I thought there was a cuff that you turned up. That the beginning on every other needle was making the cuff. Thank God for the light bulb that just turned on! Now I can finish making gifts.

I used Tension 5 on the Studio SK 155 chunky knitting machine. Type of yarn unknown, a cone from a Spinrite Tent sale.
Superwash wool. Probably Patons. Fits most Adult heads nicely.

Thank you. I will try again today. I was confused at the end of pattern. It sounds like where it's gathered would be the bind off seam.....so the top that gets gathered, is actually a fold that is gathered after seaming is done?

Did you use dk weight doubled? I just used worsted doubled, not right. A st gauge would be helpful.

Has anyone tried this to correct their vision? It uses food as nutrition to heal and correct vision. It sounds too good to be true. The cost is $37. I don't know how to post a link to the site.

I don't remember which I used but here's a video tutorial for Bean Stitch which has an option for Left Handed as well. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YCdi1Kw0Rak

Thanks for the link. I made a baby sweater once that needed edging, this looks much better than the stitch I used. Good job on the sweater.

I think it is a tool to mark the point end of a dart to shape the bust area of a blouse or dress. If those opaque things are chalk, it is even more likely.

I don't remember how to do it, but there is a google image search that you can do.

I love theses "what is it topics."

Yes this is what it is. I have this. The point goes into the middle of the chalk with fabric in between. Twist the handles to mark the fabric. It will do both sides .

Very nice sweater. Are you still able to get the Peter rabbit buttons? My source quit carrying them.

Nice hats. I'm thinking of using this on the top of the 1898 hat. Would take some figuring.

Weigh the beginning amount. Knit until you are close to half gone, then begin to weigh unused yarn to find half way point. Unless you're using 2 strands at once, then that method wouldn't work.

I have reformed a bobby pin by straightening, then bending around a pencil so the bend is wider. It's easier to hold on to. The tip she talked about with the app. I couldn't get what it was, anyone get that?
