Knitted Lap Blanket I knitted my daughter.
Hi KPers I just finished this blanket called Jennies Blanket. The yarn was gorgeous and I purchased it from my LYS. The Wool Inn Penrith NSW Australia and I know they ship internationally.

This hat pattern is definately a winner!
Using yarn from my stash (yippee) I found this hat a quick knit with easy to follow instructions and charts.
Because I was unfamiliar with the graph for the crown, did a little research before starting and took my time while knitting it.
Still convinced I would end up ripping the crown back at least once I added a life line before starting.
I finished it last night, no ripping necessary, and I'm very pleased with the final result. Now I need to wash and block it.
Bridal, bridal party wedding shawl
I started this shawl last year and put it away so I can complete other projects & just took it out a few weeks ago to finish and apply border. I don't remember what I did to get the pattern, but the crochet edging, which was done recently, was 1 row, sc & 2 rows hdc. It is done in Mohair.
It is 78" long by 16" wide, unstretched and not blocked
This would be ideal for a bride, bridal party etc..... but I don't have any brides in my family coming up any time soon. I really enjoyed working with the Mohair, very soft and luxurious.

Had to scoot down home from our cottage to take these pictures. So pretty, can it get any better?

Baby cardigan k
I made this from a ball of yarn I got for 50p at a charity shop. I ran out of yarn so the sleeves are plain lilac. The buttons are the same range but each is different. It will probably go to charity unless I find someone who's pregnant.
One Sock Knitted-What to Do?
I just finished knitting the first sock, and it’s too big. Now, I don’t want to knit the second one, but what do I do with one sock? Any suggestions for those of you who have had a similar predicament?
Request for a sweater for 3 year old with initial...this is what I came up with
This began life as a striped raglan sweater by Debbie Bliss, but was modified along the way. I used Sirsar Sublime extra fine merino worsted and 4.5 mm needles.
I hope it fits the bill.
Best way to mail yarn
Can anyone advise me what type of packaging is most economical/works best for mailing yarn & where it can be purchased in the US? I’m guessing those poly bags in different sizes, but would like an expert’s opinion.
If I can find a good source that doesn’t break the bank, I might be able to reduce excess stash. Thanks.
The Coalescence Cowl by Nancie Wiseman - kit purchased at NYC Vogue Live 2019. Rows of Stockinette are alternated with rows of purl using two contrasting balls of long striping fingering yarn. I used Freia fine handpaints in Fuchsia and Tijuana Teal. Knit in the round after casting on 260 stitches.
Enigma shawl, knitted by me.
This is an interesting design and may be bigger or smaller . My shawl is 58" at the top edge and 27" from top down at the center. I used the yarn from my 'stash' "Merino Gold Batik" (40% Merino Wool 60% Acrylic) from my 'stash' . I like this yarn as I don't need to choose colors,- all of them are in the skein already !.. Here it is :
