Beautiful top! I really love what looks to be, or is similar to the old shale stitch pattern, haven't seen this used like this before. 😍
Can you share the name of this pattern?

Here is the pattern, the alternating colour does nothing for the lace section but I do like the overall effect plus I used up some odds and ends.
