Well then! Guess I will learn one day not to watch the notebook while knitting.... All I ended up with is dropped stitches in soggy wool!
Hope you are all enjoying some creative time with your kneedles tonite...
Oh that's looking nice! I like the color green you chose.
Very pretty flower pattern too
Dds headband for a Christmas event
Beautiful family photo Bonnie, Tracy you are making one beat wreath, OSG your Dd will love her festive hairband,
Have you all recovered from Thanksgiving feast, using the leftovers reminds me of a trip to stay with friends in Florida many years ago, I arrived the day after Thanksgiving and we lived for the first week on Turkey..it was good.
I have started a car seat blanket , and only the collar to knit of another adult Aran, using up odds and ends of yarn knitting baby blankets, you see I am joining you all in having several pieces of WIP, something I haven't done before
I guess none of you ventured out to the sales yesterday, one or two shops started this idea, apparently it was chaotic
Enjoy your weekend
Not me Val! I'd rather pay more and shop safe and sane, lol
I've actually shopped locally crafted for much of mine... And online for some
I found a cute boutique online southernfriedchics.com
Cute clothing and monogrammed boots
I also bought some really cute simple tunics for a steal a while back, and have a friend busy monogramming large interlocking initials on the front of them... So still sticking to that help my local community theme
They are turning out so unique. I just love them
Well my tree is up and the rest of the house looks like a bomb has gone off, boxes and stuff everywhere! I must be getting old this only used to take a day. Oh well back to it tomorrow.
So now I have started boot warmers....I am knitting the cuff chocolate brown, and edging one end in blue crochet...the other end is going to be multi colored...
They will be reversible
I will use buttons to close them
Well, that is what I see in my head...time will tell what we see come off my needles!
I had good intentions of getting the tree up... But I hate to do it alone! So no tree yet...
