I downloaded a Kindle ap for my Ipad mini, and it works just like any other eReader... except I don't use it much because I don't read fiction books very often. Can't sit that still!

Well that's going to be on the back burner.,, we just got informed automatic withdrawals for kids insurances are going up this month... Quite a bit

So are their deductibles to the tune of over 2500 dollar increases each

So I won't be buying myself any toys for a while

Time to use up some stash I guess

So sorry, OSG... You can do what we did: The kids never had insurance so I just doctored them myself! We didn't go unless someone was bleeding more than superglue could close, or a bone was poking out of the skin (JK, that never happened, thank God.) We would go when it became obvious that a long drawn out illness wasn't going to get better without antibiotics. And we ate well, so we weren't sick much. That's how we got through without insurance.

If you already have a tablet you can download the Kindle app.

Oh, it will all be fine... And with athletes, you always need that insurance...

I just was mad at the short notice... And lack of actual figures in the letter at that

Now I am off to a bowl of homemade soup and the voice

If the kids get hurt during school games, do they not get covered under school's insurance?

So sorry for the shock... millions of people are receiving the same bad news due to Obamacare. Just unbelievable.

Well... Yes and no...

Depends on the details... is it a private practice vs an on campus event...

Also, you have to remember we deal with large livestock on a daily basis...

Plus the water sports

And the camping

Good Morning CWS. Sorry I've been missing for a few or more days. Just getting caught up again. We went down to NJ to my sister's for Thanksgiving. I don't know what it is about my Twin Sisters (Judy & Joyce) and Judy's three daughters (all grown and out of the house) but they had me laughing so hard. I haven't laughed so much in .... forever. Black Friday I swore I was sitting at the house and doing nothing! Some knitting maybe. But sure enough, Judy calls and says to get dressed, She's picking Joyce and I up and off to the outlets we go. It was around 10 AM or I would have protested big time. It was not crowed when we got there, but when we went to leave, holy smokes! But we had a blast.

The last few days I"ve been doing laundry and stripping beds.Working on a pair of fingerless mitts for Christine. Then I start the ruffled scarfs for Judy, Joyce, and the three girls as they all said they loved it and wanted one. Lauren also asked for another pair of socks as she loves the pair I made her last year. Sounds like scarves and socks are the list for this year. Not Christmas gifts, just "I love you" gifts from me. So no pressure. We don't exchange. Judy did however give me her Kindle Fire as she bought herself an Ipad mini. She had the kindle for one year! Crazy chick. Joyce had some coupons with her when we shopping and got a free pair of Reebock sneakers, for me! Another crazy chick, guess that's why they are twins.

I loved the swaps everyone received. I'm planning on being in on the next one.
