I have made more of these socks. I really like the way they feel on my feet. They fit more like a slouch sock with is all right with me because I have "healthy" calfs and it is difficult to find good socks that fit correctly without pinching in on my calfs.

This is my own pattern that I need to type up if anyone is interested.

Thanks for looking and have a beautiful day everyone!

ont he bed, love the colors and really don't care that they don't match and it looks great in my sandals!

JanetLee, Yes, Please share your pattern. Your socks look so comfy. I too have "healthy" calves and have lots of homespun in my stash waiting for a purpose.

Thank you folks! I will get it typed up later today if possible. But I must confess I am going to the LYS as soon as I get my shower. They made the mistake of sending me a 40% off coupon so I am going to use it on the book that has a bunch of charted lace, cables, and other designs in it. It also has a lace tutorial on making your own garments and how to adjust the lace patterns! At $25 even 40% off is good!

And I will try to be good and stay away from the yarn although there is some beautiful Cascade 220 in there!

JanetLee, I don't think I've ever seen socks using Homespun, but I bet they are SO soft.
And they do have lots of lovely colors.

The socks look lovely, my daughter loves tube socks, I would be interested in the pattern.

I bet they do feel great, homespun is so "squishy". Nice looking too. I haven't attempted socks yet, so tube socks might be the way to go. It's on my list to learn real socks though.
