I think it is ironic that I am posting using technology to indicate that I would be willing to give up technology. I think I wouldn't even ask for the money if they said I could have the deed to the place.

Been there, done that, and did it with two kids. One month would be easy unless you have an accident or heart attack

For sure I would. Years ago I told my boss that my favorite vacation would be a solitary place with lots of fresh fruit, several good books, plenty of paper, and a never-ending pen. When can I sign up?

I've done it before for a lot longer than a month. Would do it again in a heartbeat.Would love to have books and yarn, but not necessary. Tigerlily

I would do it in a heartbeat. I would have to have my knitting along, though, and a good supply of books. Can I take my dogs?

Do I have indoor plumbing? Assume water would have to be heated on stove. Remember it's not all free time to knit.
