Ages ago, someone on this site was looking for a pattern to make slippers that look like Mary Jane shoes. I KNEW I had it somewhere. Think I could find it then? Not a chance. Found it yesterday. SO - if you're the person (or know who it was) looking for this pattern - PM me and we'll work out how to get it from me to you.

Knit or Crochet? Who for?
There are many on the net.

There is a women's size knit pair on Purl Soho.

There is this knit pair for women https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/aks-slippers

So a google search pulls up many to look at and decide.

Provide the name of the pattern and the name of the deisgner, name of magazine/issue/year if in a mag.; name of the book if in a book.

Thanks for sharing the Ravelry pattern! It's impossible to see them all, so it is nice you separated it out.

It's a pattern I pulled out of a magazine literally DECADES ago -- also has ballet slippers, sneakers (tennis shoes) etc. Some are knit, some are crochet. I don't have a camera, much less one that interacts with a computer . . .sorry.

And we can not discuss and share links of other patterns for the 'other' people who read this thread?

So no one else can talk about mary jane slippers at all? So no one else can help others find some that they may like?
The OP came back and said it was in a magazine. So end of story there. The OP is not revealing (or can't because no longer have it as these are pulled pages perhaps) the name or issue so others can check into it ... so we will provide links to others so other folks can see what they may like.
Wasn't that the main purpose of KP?
I don't think KP was founded on a strict Q & A posting only.

You are welcome. Hope they help lead someone in the right direction. At least a start. :))
