I have been praying for everyone 🙏
FYI--just been notified that I-26 going into Charleston has reopened and only expect 1.5 to2" of rain. Big sigh of relief from this mom.
To everyone in the Carolinas......leave!!!!!!!!!
Thinking of you please stay safe<3
Even here, north of Charlotte, we are expected to have flooding and were issued a warning. Walmart was all out of bottled water a few days ago. I'm higher in elevation out in the country and not far from my daughter's, so if we lose power I can go there. We're all on well water but if power goes out the wells won't pump. We've been storing water in whatever we have. I told my daughter to fill a bathtub with water too (that's what we did back in the day when typhoons were coming). They have a generator that's supposed to be here today too.
Flooding is the biggest concern here.
My daughter lives in Clinton, NC, and is recovering from shoulder surgery last Thursday. She says she will be fine in a solid, brick home with double pane windows but I am very worried.
I'm praying for those who will be impacted by the incoming storm. I pray there's no loss of life & that once it's over the government helps their recovery!!💜🙏💜🙏
Many prayers for everyone
Please stay safe. We have a daughter and sil, two granddaughters and their husbands and 4 great granddaughters that live in Charlotte. Hope everyone stays safe and very little damage and moderately rain. Know that everyone is sending thoughts and prayers your way.
Thanks for all the prayers. I live in Charleston. Praying for everyone to come through this safely. It is hitting family in North Carolina now.
Sending prayers to all in the Carolinas.
God bless America, and hope He sends this hurricane AWAY from all.
That is so kind of you and greatly appreciated.
Thank you for thinking of us, and God bless you.
