Jimmy Beans Wool has excellent customer service. I ordered a kit to make a hat for my granddaughter in her school colors. I ordered it on Oct. 15. It was here on the 18th. However, I left for vacation on Oct. 19. When I returned I noticed a delivery confirmation from JBW indicating my pkg. was delivered on Oct. 18. I was so busy packing and getting ready for vacation, I forgot I had received the pkg. When we returned home, I notified JBW that I never received the pkg. They immediately sent me a replacement kit with the request if I received the original pkg, to please let them know and they will send me prepaid return label to send the 2nd pkg. back to them.
As I was looking through my project bag, to my chagrin, I found the kit totally forgetting it was delivered. I immediately contacted JBW to let them know I had the kit.
They had already mailed the 2nd kit to me which I will be sending back to them. Customer service like that, IMO, is worth every penny spent on their website.
Very nice company to do business with.
In my experience, they always go the extra mile.
They do have excellent customer service. My only complaint is that the colors of yarn that show on my 'puter aren't accurate, so it's a crap shoot.
