In the Wahington DC area when they call for snow, panic begins. Grocery store run, gas for car, etc. My panic run is to my stash room and bring upstairs whatever I’m thinking about making or want to experiment with. Make sure my neighbors son will take care of any shoveling. Throw something in the crockpot for dinner, make sure my iPad and other devices are charged, and settle down to knit without interruption. Let it snow! Let it snow! I’m having a knitting day.
All Knitters Welcome.

Good for you. Forecasted for snow here tomorrow so I may be doing the same.

We’re not getting much snow so far this winter, but if we do I’ll be ready and waiting to follow your plan. I’ll light the fire in the fireplace too!

To the tune of "Let It Snow"...
Oh, the weather outside is frightful,
But this yarn is so delightful...
And since I've no place to go...
Another row, another row, another row

Lucky for you
I believe all our scheduled snow is hitting out west & down South, & anywhere but here(?!??!) but not making it to our area in Massachusetts.☹️

But the Cold is ridiculous here. It is 12 degrees with a low of 8 to be here over-night. As I was out today, it was about 17 degrees but was such a bitter cold, where you don’t want to be out there long or at all past a couple minutes.🙁

That’s what I do pretty much everyday... not even snowing here!

I love to get snowed in occasionally too! Nothing so cozy as a warm fire and no reason to go outside.

The first big one in the DC area is always exciting.

Snow is expected all the way to Winchester.

The refrigerator is stocked and my grandson arrived earlier. It's going to be grand weekend especially if it snows.

I got everything to make a pot of Chili. I’ll enjoy the odor of it cooking as I knit.
