I feel like I've run a marathon - a knitting marathon! lol I purchased the Boxy Pullover pattern by Joji Locatelli. I realized the whole sweater is knit in fingering weight yarn. What??? I can't just do rows and rows of stockinette stitch with fingering yarn without going crazy. So, I purchased the Worsted Boxy Pullover pattern and doubled the fingering yarn. But then I didn't have enough of the yarn if I made the whole sweater by doubling the yarn... Ugh. So I went to the local yarn shop and saw these beautiful, speckled Long Dog yarns and went for it. This took me 6 weeks to knit and get it all together but I love the way it fits. Am I the only one who makes a saga out of knitting a pullover pattern??? Or any pattern - for that matter? But - in the end - when the sweater is all finished, I'm pretty satisfied. I believe I will make another Worsed Boxy in totally different colors... once I get through with 3 other knitting projects - and a crochet project.
I might have to get that pattern. That looks really good and I love the colors.
well worth the effort. It is beautiful.
That is certainly beautiful. It looks great on you and I love the color.
BEAUTIFUL . This may be one I will definitely knit. I love the sleeves. Just right for 'a short 4"10" " gal . So where do we find the pattern ?
