I do not understand this row, can someone please write it out for me, I am not getting it, pretty please

Row 11: Ch3 (counts as 1st dc), dc, ch1 into each of the next 3 dc sts, *in the arc
above the 3 dc tog in the 1st row, dc 3 tog, ch1, 1 dc, ch1 into each of the 7 dc of
the previous row*. Repeat 9 more times. Dc 3 tog, ch1 in the next arc above the dc
3 tog in the 1st row, dc, ch1, into each of the next 2 dc, dc in next dc, dc in the
last dc. Turn. (10 7dc, fan shells, and 2 3 dc fan shells)

There are 3 pages of patterns in Ravelry described as "Cherry Blossom." Can you be a little more specific?
Is it a shawl? Would help to know row 10 that we're crocheting into, or are we really crocheting into "first row" - row 1?

I purchased the pattern off of etsy


Row 9: Ch1, sc in the same st, ch3, sk 1 st, sc in next st, ch3, sk 1 st, *dc 3 tog in
next st, ch3, sk 1 st, sc in next st, ch4, sk 1 st, sc in next st, ch3, sk 1 st*. Repeat
from *to* 4 more times, dc 3 tog in next st, ch3, sk 1 st, sc in next st, ch3, sk 2
sts, sc in the next st, ch3, sk1 st, repeat from *to* 4 more times, dc 3 tog in next
st, ch3, sk 1 st, sc in next st, ch3, sk 1 sts, sc in the last st. Turn. (11 dc 3 tog)
Row 10: Ch3 (counts as 1st dc) 3 dc in the next ch3 sp (from here out referred to
as “arc”), *sc into the arc before the dc 3 tog, ch3, sc into the arc after the 3 dc tog, 7
dc into the next arc*. Repeat from *to* 9 more times, sc into the arc before the dc 3 tog,
ch3, sc into the arc after the 3 dc tog, 3 dc in the next arc, dc in the last sc. Turn (10, 7
dc shells, 2 3 dc shells at the ends). See photo 1 for guidance.

What does it look like? A picture is worth a thousand words and a link can be worth many, many more. Posting that much of the pattern is quite likely a violation of copyright law. If you can you should edit your post and delete most of it.

I guess what I don't really understand is this part--ch1 into each of the 7 dc of
the previous row, am I doing a sl st and ch 1?

When I get mind boggled by a row of stitches I take different colored highlighters and highlight each section of stitches and only worry about the highlighted section I am working on. It seems to take the confusion out of it and I make less mistakes.
