A lady asked me if I knew where she could get this pattern. Any ideas? Thanks in advance. It's a very old pattern.

I've seen that pattern in some of the afghan pattern books/booklets, but I'm not sure which ones! Try looking under geometric afghan patterns or stitches.

I have no idea where to get the pattern, but the picture is so clear I am pretty sure a moderately experienced knitter could count rows and replicate it without too much trouble. It is a very comfortable looking design.

I have made many of these afghans. So easy to do, but use stitch markers so you don't forget to change stitches.

Even the stitches can easily be counted.
If this is a photo that you took yourself, try another one taken at a 90 degree angle. That is, hold the camera above the centre point of the part you want to photograph, or pin the piece on something like a wall, back of a chair, curtain...
and have the camera at a 90 degree angle to the centre of the piece.
If possible, take a good resolution (the more pixels, the better).
From that it should be even easier to count rows and stitches.
