Trinity stitch done in two colours? Changing colours every two rows?

Seriously, it looks crocheted to me, looks up side down. But, I could be wrong! It is pretty.

It doesn’t quite match the pictures shown for Trinity Stitch. I think it was cast on with one colour and knit the row, then slide the stitches to the other end of the needle and start with the second colour. I wish I had written it down!

Here’s another photo, the other way up. Maybe it is crochet, but I don’t remember it.

Also known as blackberry stitch, as JJ mentioned it's simply done in two colors in the photo posted.

Flip one of the photographs. I couldn't find an example knit in two colors but it is indeed the same stitch. Your photographs may be upside down.

It is not the same stitch. I have posted photographs in both directions.

IMO, for what it's worth, the first photo looks like it's right side up and it looks to me like
K 2 rows with blue,
*then (K3tog, Yo) in white all the way across.
Then K back across in white, but KPK in the stitch that was K3tog to get back the stitch count.*
Then change to blue and repeat the last two rows.
Continue in alternate colors.

I can see that sort of. It would take a swatch to be sure.
