Or, she can commission a new statue to commemorate this event.

Let's face it: she's beautiful, has a figure we envy, and we'd all trade places with her - alone - in a heartbeat!

Yep!

Hate to put down an artist, but the local tree carvers here that do totem poles and lawn decorations, could do MUCH better.

Agree with the first 2! But would hate to constantly travel and stand at public events. Melania and Jackie Kennedy are the 2 most beautiful first ladies ever. Even if I was that gorgeous, I'd rather stay home and knit!!

That big pile of wood would make a great bonfire, free firewood!

Jacqueline Kennedy didn't have fake boobs, didn't have plastic surgery, and was very well educated, having attended Vassar College; University of Grenoble and Sorbonne, Paris, France; George Washington University, Washington, D.C., B.A. French literature; Georgetown University, Washington, D.C. (American history continuing education classes).
After college she worked as a reporter, and during her White House years, she worked to restore the White House interior to reflect its heritage.
Melania attended the Secondary School of Design and Photography in Ljubljana and studied architecture and design at the University of Ljubljana for one year before she dropped out.
She worked as a nude model before marrying trump.

Sorry, but pretty is as pretty does. Melania's fakey looks can't compare to Jacqueline Kennedy's natural beauty and intelligence.

And this is why someone wanted this statue:

"Melania is a Slovenian hero, she's made it to the top in the US."

Actually she did nothing except marry the reprobate in the Oval Office. Does that deserve a statue?

I was thinking the same as 'making it to the top' involves doing something important, or studying, it's about hardwork not about marrying someone and hanging on to someones coat tails.

errrm speak for yourself. No thank you, I've no desire to be a air head, married to a buffon, neither do I think she's outwardly beautiful. I pity her.

On UK news the remark was made at how difficult it would be getting details using a chain saw .There is a local man who carves animals into tree trunks and there is great detail in them all .They are works of art .

I’ve seen them do those in a demonstration and they are amazing artists.

I think it's a send-up. There would not be much to prevent someone piling brushwood about the base and lighting a match though if they objected so strongly

How easy it is to mean and insulting of people you don’t know. The only way to end hate is to quit hating. To end bullying quit being the bully.

I know all I need to know about that gold digging hoe. That "I don't really care" jacket spoke volumes to me. It's all about the almighty US dollar with her and that whole corrupt family.
