I used a Hobby Lobby I Love This Yarn, Linen color, and size 8 needle. Used the Winter Rose Sweater top down sweater pattern. Then wanted to use the Celtic Pattern for the front and back but did not like the way it knitted up. Also did not like the reversed stockinette stitch. Noticed some of pictures on the other projects also had puckers and pulled stitches. So I ripped up and added 2 more stitches at the CO (total 2 extra when I did the CO = 92 stitches front and 92 stitches back) and did a Diamond Lattice Knitting Pattern multiple of 8 sts + 2 stitches. Did 2 sts purl, then 4 sts cable, front, 2 sts purl besides each diamond lattice pattern, 58 sts for cable and diamond lattice pattern. Sleeves - Worked 82 rows for the length then changed to size 6 needle and worked 14 rows of 2x2 ribbing with a crochet bind off. Picked up 100 sts for the neckline and worked 14 rows of 2x2 ribbing and did a crochet bind off.
Very classy - the neckline sits beautifully on you and it's a great allover fit.
That's absolutely beautiful!
The color is lovely and the fit perfect. You are a very skilled needle woman.
The changes you did was well worth it because the Sweater looks Very Stylish on you!
