So cute. Thanks for sharing.
This design has been done on lots and lots of hats and a few sweaters. Really cute.
Thank you for sharing this lovely free pattern
Oh I agree! Would make a great little purse or even a project bag. Thanks for the link.
Looks like the pattern for the Baable hat (also shown on sweaters and socks).
I checked out the pattern (Thank you! for providing the link). It has a repeat of merely seven stitches. That means the floats would be relatively easy to handle. I could put it on a hat 84 stitches around. It has more rows/rounds than a hat has, so I would have to omit some of the rounds of grass and rounds of sky.
Not necessarily a waste, there are some folk who collect cute/interesting pot holders and display them in the kitchen. I have a few my maternal grandmother made that I think are too frilly to use, but they are sure cute hung up on the wall! And as others have pointed out, the stranded pattern could be used on other projects. Maybe a pot holder would be a good test item if not sure a pattern would work out on another project.
Lovely. Thanks for sharing xx
I'd love this on a little girl's dress
