Has anyone had problems trying to purchase patterns from Interweave? I have been trying to purchase pattern (Undulating Lines) from Interweave for a few days to no avail. I get all the way to payment, input payment info, hit complete purchase, comes back saying “invalid token input payment info again”. I thought perhaps I had made error on credit card number and re entered, same same. Tried another credit card, same same. Tried the next day, same same. Went to LYS and tried on Their equipment same same. Anyone? I really would like to knit this pattern. Have yarn- ready to swatch!!! Any ideas? Thanks

I went to the point of putting in info. There is a line there about logging in or registering. There is also a 'help' (for an online chat).

Go back to your cart and check the box to remove the item and start again. If you see the 'help' tab along the right side bottom, start a chat.

https://www.interweave.com/store/wool-studio-volume-6-digital-edition This link is Wool Studio Volume VI Digital Edition for $14.99

https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/undulating-lines-pullover This link is just for the sweater - $6.50

Both links ask that you log in or register. Lion Brand also has you log in to download.

Try contacting them. I had the same thing with Mary Maxim & let them know & they got the issue fixed for me to get my lovely yarn, thank goodness. It's so frustrating waiting though. 🤔

They’re still around.

I had to reset my password, but was able to get the pattern into my cart.

Interweave is located just a few miles from me, they have not gone bankrupt, nor have they closed their office/store. What they have done is partnered with another company but that does not impact their site/sales.

When I had a similar issue with another company, I sent them an email. Next day they answered the email and I immediately went on their site and was able to purchase the item. . .

Yes we have the same trouble in the UK.My payment wasn't accepted on a well known mail order catalogue. Turns out my address was not complete. Funny thing my address was correct for sending goods to me.

Ah, thank you. I had heard the rumors awhile ago regarding possibly closing down, but had not heard the outcome until now.

If you’re having problems purchasing from Interweave, I think the best place to start is their customer service.

The publishing group that they were part of changed hands. That took place some time ago.

They filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy.
They sold off most -if not all of their magazines to lower their indebtedness.
Still not out of the red. I do believe that they now have a co-owner that will run things.
There is a big thread about it - posts even from employees - on Ravelry.
