I didn't use a pattern on the boys vests and I knitted them in "Bernat Pop" yarn. On the girl's I used this pattern by "Oge Designs".

And I used "Coboo" yarn by Lion Brand. It is 50% cotton and 50% bamboo. I washed and dried them in the dryer. They washed up really nice except that the bit of lace at the side hung a little lower than the garter stitch. All in all, I'm happy with the results, and the girls love them, so it wouldn't matter anyway.

I knit a sweater vest for Max and a tunic for Daisy as well, but I don't have pics of them.
