I got home from work and sat in my chair. I dozed off and when i woke my hands were going through the motions of knitting. Too bad I didn't have my knitting in my hands.

Have you ever worked a crossword puzzle with pen in hand and nod off?

I sometimes doze off with knitting in hand. Hubby says I have my needles in a vice like grip and just carry on when I "come to"

My Dad used to "work" in his sleep - I could sit and watch him pull reference books off an invisible shelf, flip through pages, make notes . . . too funny!

At least these things have our arms close in. Back in the 1980s I managed a fabric and crafts department, during the season I might measure out over 1000 yards a day. My late husband told me I measured fabric in my sleep, clonking him with each yard. We switched sides of the bed

Someone should have put needles and yarn in your hands. Who knows what you might have created!

I hate working when I doze, I don't get paid for it.

My daughter video me actually knitting in my sleep.i told her that she better not post it on any site. I know that sometimes I will set down to knit and go to sleep and keep right on knitting. I have made a mess when knitting lace, thanks to lifelines I didn't have to rip back to much.
