Take a look at hair pins at the dollar store. There may be chignon pins or those plastic pins that look like tortoise shell. You can push a bead up the pin and crazy glue it in place to make it look fancy.
Also check out hors doeuvres picks, possibly someplace like Party City. If you are really handy and have a double pointed needle set that is missing a needle, a side cutter can cut it to a good length and then you can glue on a nice bead. Scarf pins that are sold in yarn stores or the like are usually unbelievably expensive. If you craft one of your own to go with that gorgeous scarf you will have a one of a kind.
