potato with eggs

potatoes one ib boiled and diced but you can use not boiled just diced
six eggs boiled
two onions chopped fine
three tomatoces diced fine without skin
salt one table spoon
green charlies one tea spoon
corriander freshtwo spoons optional
curry poder one tea spoon
oil half small cup

fry o ion in oil until golden brown add all spices cook five minutes add potatoes and eggs add one cup water cook on low five minutes if add uncooked potatoes check if they done switch the cooker off sprinkle green coriander

green chillies used in english dishes as well may be you dont know them

No...we do not usually refer to ‘green charlies’ except for possibly St. Patrick’s or All Hallows’ Eve.

This time I looked at the ingredients.

It's hot (cooked together in a frying pan) and has a lot of eggs so I'm thinking it's more like hash.
Just wondering if green charlies could be sage, maybe parsley, green pepper flakes.

No, both mirror and I agree, it is canned green chilies

Basically—> slightly medium warm (in spiciness) pepper that has been well minced (chopped up, not spiced) and cooked with salt, vinegar, and some water before being sealed in a metal can/glass jar.
