Welcome Resorters! The Admin. has created this new section for us. I think this will work out even better for our group.

This is more than a thread like we are used to, it's an entire section... Any of us can start new threads in this section. Since we are used to chatting in one ongoing thread, I suggest we continue to do that until we fill up our 100 pages, and then we will simply start a new thread to continue.

If you have a side topic that you would like to isolate, such as maybe recipes or photos of finished projects, feel free to start a separate thread for it in our section. But be mindful that the more threads there are to follow, the more difficult it may be for all of us to see everything.

Barb and I have moderator capabilities. We will be learning as we go!

Let the chatting resume!

I talked to Barb and Tania on the phone! They are shopping their little hearts out and chasing after Mia at the same time!

I spoke to Barbara too, Tania was off and running!!!

I love the idea of keeping our chats in one place and maybe having a thread for recipes? and WIP? that way we can always go back and find it easy...

Plus, if we have enough recipes.. .We can put it into a book for us... that would be a good thing! Don't you guys think????

I have subscribed and am on board, lol. Getting ready to go to the entrelac class this afternoon.
DH and I spent 7 to 10am helping at the church garage sale. The wind is blasting at 35mph, so had to have some stuff inside as well.
You all have a great afternoon.

Believe me, Val, we all understand spending upwards of 70 pounds for yarn.. On my trip to Argentina I spent over $600 for yarn.. and purchased yarn for other friends for anywhere between $100 and $300 so we all understand the obsession!!! Like any other addiction it can make you bankrupt!! But hopefully, none of us will fine ourselves in that situation!!!!

Happy knitting!!

take the Mommy with you!!! lol... tell her you are only bringing her along as the fridge!!! lol

My parents used to keep me on a leash! Anytime we were out in public, I was tethered.
