Morning everyone. I have just bought one of these (an Innoteck) and the instructions are sadly woefully inadequate! I wonder if any of you have one of these types of airfryer and could help me. Many thanks Carol

I found the instruction books, that you can download, for the Innoteck Airfriers. Just scroll through and choose the model that you have. Jen.

The instructions that come with a lot of things these days are very vague. If you Google the brand and “user manual,” you will often get a much more detailed booklet. Good luck. I love my air fryer!

I use You Tube videos also, companies often put out instructional videos as well as those made by end users. I don’t use the air fryer but my SO does. A channel we both enjoy is Simple Recipes Kitchen. The creator makes a lot of incredible food including doing a lot of baking in her air fryer.

I love my air fryer! I try to use it to save putting the oven on when I can.
It's not your make. I got mine from Aldi!
As others have said, maybe YouTube?

Thanks again everyone, I think I'll do as you Rosewa and just use it like an oven as so far it takes longer than my original air fryer which is a shame it was rated as being a lot quicker. So far i've had a half cooked joint and raw one minute burnt next sausages! The trouble with the instructions that came with the oven don't tell you how long to cook anything and on what setting or temp Forgot to say I have looked on Youtube and have found 2 that help abit.
Best wishes

Thanks ever so much Nanknit, yes that's mine. All the settings in there are just and idea and all the timings are out! So I'm just doing trial and error. Tonight I cooked chips and mushrooms that were lovely but the burgers were like lead so I'm going to try them on the bake setting next time.

What a pity the timings in the manual are so off that they aren’t helpful. Trial and error is in your future by the looks of things. Good luck. I hope you get the hang of successfully using your new appliance very soon. Jen.

Evening everyone, thought I'd update you all. I sent the Innoteck oven back as it nearly caught alight and I just couldn't cook anything in it properly. I now have a Hysapientia air fryer oven and oh wow what a difference. I cooked a roast dinner in it this evening with no trouble at all and only recieved the oven this afternoon. Many thanks to you all for your help with the Innoteck oven, at least I know it wasn't me it was the oven!

Aaahhh…..you obviously got a dud, so glad you sent it back. Enjoy your new oven. Jen.
