This has been my summer of scarfs and cowls. I made up this cowl as I went along. I kept it short to allow the flower pattern to show and not get hidden by folds. The yarn is Heritage by Cascade, fingering weight. It is very soft to knit and feels wonderful on my neck. My photo is not true to color. It is a lovely turquoise. I started with a provisional cast on in a garter stitch section and connected the circle by Kitchner stitch. This is my best attempt at that technique so far.
