It DOES look familiar...but it's not in any of the books I have. It might have been a McCall's Needlework & Crafts...I used to have a ton of those but they've slowly been culled with various moves.

I am in the knitting a cable sweater at the moment that is almost the exact same one as this one, the one cable off to the side is a little different though.
