hi, when i am doing things like this for sale tables i just use the diagram for a cross stitch work. they always have such a choice and are easy to put into a knitted shape.just count rows and stitches instead of xxxxxxx's.another way is to knit ur cloth and then xxxx stitch on top (blue on white )or vice versa.hope this gives u some ideas and i am sure others will add theirs too
