Bacon-Pecan Pimento Cheese ~ 12 Servings
Ready in 10 m ~ 10 m (prepare time) ~ 1 m (cook time)

Pimento cheese is one of those classic Southern recipes, and this spicy, creamy cheese spread is a great way to start your Thanksgiving meal.
Because bacon makes everything better
This is a great twist on a traditional Southern dish—the pecans add crunch and bacon adds even more flavor.
Use it as a spread for crackers or grilled cheese sandwiches.

Ingredients
16 ounces grated sharp cheddar cheese yellow cheese
16 ounces grated extra sharp cheddar cheese, white
1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
4 ounces jar diced pimento
1/2 cup toasted pecan pieces
1 cup cooked and diced bacon (about 8 strips)
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Pinch cayenne pepper
Pinch ground celery seed
Salt and pepper

Directions
In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients and mix until well-combined and fairly smooth.
