Blackening Seasoning Mix ~ Makes 15 cups
Ready in under 30 minutes

Made with ground cumin, dried thyme, dried oregano, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, sugar, dried basil, garlic powder, dry mustard, and onion powder

Ingredients
3 cups paprika
12 tablespoons cayenne pepper
24 tablespoons salt
1 1/2 cup coarsely ground black pepper
6 tablespoons sugar
18 tablespoons dried basil
18 tablespoons garlic powder
12 tablespoons dry mustard
18 tablespoons onion powder
6 tablespoons dried oregano
12 tablespoons dried thyme
6 tablespoons ground cumin seed

Directions
Combine all the ingredients. Store in an airtight container for up to 4 months.

That was nice of you to include the previous 2 recipes for smaller batches. Saved this one too as I love and use spices a lot for food and also, health benefits.
