Cast on 65 stitches in dk size 4mm needles
1st row knit
2nd row knit
3rd row with knitting lace and yarn knit
4th row knit
6th row knit
7th row knit
8 th row with knitting lace and yarn knit
Continue till 6 rows with knitting lace have been completed
Knit 2 more rows cast off
With card make a horse shoeshape
The width of card needs to be around 2inches height around 7-8 inches
Once shape is cut out glue wadding to shape allow to dry then sew knitting around the shape attach any ribbons or embellishments you want
