I found a pattern for a cabled bolero on Pinterest. But when I clicked on the link that took me to Vogue Knitting and tried to purchase it, it is no longer offered from 2006/2007 by Norah Gaughan.

Help! Can anyone help me with where to start looking??

You can purchase old patterns directly from vogue.
However, since you have the magazine number and date along with the name of the pattern, go to your local library and ask them to get it for you. They will search for a library that has the magazine. That library will fax/mail/scan the pattern to your library. Your library will print it out and contact you. You pick it up with no charge. If they have to mail it to you, there will be a charge. It might take them a couple of weeks to find it, but find it they will.
