Cheesecake ~ Marie Osmond's Killer Cheesecake ~ Serves 8
Ready in 2-5 hrs
ingredients
1 package graham crackers
3 tablespoons melted butter
1 tablespoon sugar PLUS 3/4 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract PLUS 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
6 ounces sour cream
24 ounces cream cheese, softened
Directions
Crush graham crackers. Add 2 tablespoons sugar and melted butter to crumbs. Press them with a can.
Bake crust for 10 minutes at 350 degrees F.
Combine softened cream cheese and 3/4 cup sugar in bowl; mix well. Add eggs, one at a time; then add 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Spoon filling over crust and bake for 1 hour at 300 degrees F. Remove from oven and let sit for 10 minutes.
Combine sour cream, 1 teaspoon sugar and 1 tablespoon vanilla.
Spread over cheese cake and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Garnish with strawberries or fruit of your choice.
