Has anyone knitted bears with this yarn. I think I spelled it wrong.
Yes I've knitted a few bears using chenille, it makes very nice bears. This is one I made for my Grandson.

Dorothy-Chenille will work fine but be sure to knit with needles that will seem too small for the yarn. You want a tight knit to help prevent "worming" which chenille is notorious for doing. Denise

Has anyone crocheted with chenille? I have a pattern that requires that yarn. Just wondering how it works up crocheted.
I am working on a long cape with chenille and it is working up beautifully. Just taking me a long time since it is a full length cape with a scarf attached. I can only work on it in the winter since there is so much to lay on my lap and I'm only half way done.

I am knitting Snuggles Bear in Eyelash yarn, but need chenille for the muzzle and paw pads. I have been unable to source brown chenille in Australia, but see on iceyarn online they have "thin" chenille for only 0.75c.
I don't know if this would be the right "weight" for my bear...can anyone tell me?
