Picked up one of the new Swiv360 silver cables for Magic Loop. Has anybody else tried them?

Smaller tighter stitches do catch a little on the connector, but I think I can live with that as long as it's a fairly robust yarn (I don't think I would use it on eg really fine mohair or silk). The cable is feather light - literally no added weight at all - and it is so thin and pliable that laddering is a complete non-issue.

They're pricey, but I think I'm going to keep one just for socks (my newest passion - 30 years of knitting and I've never made a sock before last week!!). They don't tangle or twist at all thanks to the swivel and the finished knitting is really smooth and even.

Anybody else tried them?

I’m using one now to knit a simple shawl.
Love the cable but as you say there is the very tiniest catch at the join. EDIT
I thought it was just me as I’m learning to knit Continental and I haven’t got it down perfectly yet.
But they are lovely to knit with…

Kollage needles have had swivel joints for at least 10 years. I haven't had problems with them catching yarn... I use them with lace yarn for shawls. Knitters Pride "Mindful" collection has metal cords with swivel connecting joins. I haven't used them with a small yarn yet, so I don't know if they catch or not.

These definitely have a slight catch when I slide the stitches to turn the work on ML, but it's not a dealbreaker for me.
