I saw this idea on a blog. I was looking for a way to have my circular Chiaogoo needles in one place with easy clear access. This has my fixed and interchangeables in it. This is genius to me. It is a fisherman’s bait holder. I got mine on Amazon and I bought the large one. I ended up buying a second one as I needed a couple more pockets for my ChiaoGoo sizes and I have some others to store. I absolutely love this idea. Here is mine and a screen shot about the product.
Edited to add: it has a snap closure, the bags zip closed and it has a clear cover.

They are quite popular on KP I think. I go to a charity event every month at the local Salvation Army Hall. It is huge, fits about 100 women, and we all do different crafts. They have a craft table set up with lots of craft stuff for sale on the day, and last week I had a look at what they had, then went and had morning tea, then came back and lo and behold there sat a circular needle keeper with my name on it, so I snatched it up. I think it was originally meant to be a paint brush holder, but I will use it for all my circulars. They currently sit in binders in plastic sleeves. I was going to make myself one, but now won't have to. I want them to hang so they don't curl all the time. They are curled in the binders.

Lucky you! I have always kept mine curled as it was easy to pick the whole thing up to take when travelling, but I have Chiagoo needles and they don't retain their memory. The other needles I have stay at home in a box as I hardly ever use them. All this could change as I think our travelling days are almost over.

I like all these ideas! I made myself a holder with an old 3 ring binder and hole punched zip lock plastic bags. Bags are attached to the binder at the bottom with openings to the right. I
"PROFESSIONALLY" 😄 label each bag as to size with a marker pen😄

If I leave my knitting bag unattended in my (locked) car, I leave the bag open with project and needles spilling out. I want people to see what it is. I want them to think that a cheap bag and unfinished knitting are not worth risking jail time and they are better off looking for more lucrative pickings. So far it has worked.

Great idea. I will do the same as my carry bag looks a bit like a purse.

There are several options for notebook holders.
After reading another poster's suggestion, I bought a "BW Sports Storage Tackle Wallet from Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00066VVZQ?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share). I was disappointed with it because there were both large and small pockets in the notebook and my needles wouldn't fit in the small pockets. So I looked on Amazon and found a six-ring binder refillable notebook ( https://tinyurl.com/muzz8ndy) and translucent pockets that fit in the notebook (https://tinyurl.com/yrrcen6h), and made my own.

At that price for shipping, I’ll pass, thank you!
