this would probably fit a 2-3, but if you're still not sure of the size.. you could use a larger size needle and/or a larger gauge yarn... the vest can be worn with jeans and a nice white t-shirt or blouse as well... not the best picture but gives you a good idea...

It can be worn on a child or a doll(larger toddler doll) its around a size 2 so way too big to fit the AG dolls...
