Conversion Chart FOR KNITTING AND CROCHET

I recently asked if there was a way to change a crochet pattern to a knitting pattern. After several hour of looking on the internet I got my answer. I found a conversion chart for both crochet to knit and knit to crochet. It can be found on Knitters Conversion Chart.

I found this site.But there is also a book called from needles to hook that will help.
