I am looking for a pattern for a 3T toddler crochet bodice dress. I will be crocheting the bodice and adding a ruffled material bottom. Not a tutu...just cotton material. Any help would be appreciated.

I know of a knitted bodice for 3T if you're interested in knitting it. In Mason-Dixon Outside the Lines book.
