Need a little help.

Once the sleeves are cast off I have 48 sts.

Continue on To Skirt:
I am thinking:
Next: wrong side- make this a knit row
Next: right side- Eyelet Row
Next: wrong side- knit row
Next: right side- increase to 96 sts.

Problem: How to make the Eyelet Row work out so I have yo's evenly spaced (especially at the ends).

Your thoughts will be very much appreciated.

It sounds like you're knitting flat (back and forth) rather than in the round. In that case I'd suggest, k1, *yo, k2tog* ending with a k1.
